Managing editor Edward Pollard is a native Californian, world traveler, vegetarian and obsessive user of the Los Angeles Public Library system. He’s been with Black Belt since early 2002. Ed’s an avid soccer player and also lifts weights, does yoga and meditates to balance out his media-saturated schedule. He’s a volunteer for UCLA Live and is the author of a memoir about being in an underground band. epollard@aimmedia.com
