Scott Sonnon

Known for his fitness systems, Scott Sonnon struggled with physical disabilities like myopia and joint disease as well as dyslexia. As he got older, he turned to martial arts. In 1994, Scott Sonnon became the Pan American Games sambo champion. He also became the first American instructor licensed by the ROSS systema system. By 2005, Scott Sonnon became an international sanshou champion.

Being an award-winning fitness coach as well as an advocate against childhood obesity, Scott Sonnon used his martial arts savvy to create the effective hardcore TACFIT Commando program, which is an intense daily 20-minute workout for maintaining body weight.
