Black Belt, the world's leading magazine of self-defense, will host the 2nd Annual Festival of Martial Arts-a colossal three-day event bringing together martial arts experts, students and enthusiasts from all over the world-from Friday, July 28 to Sunday, July 30, 2006 in HALL A at the Long Beach Convention Center.

Slated to be this summer's premier martial arts event, Black Belt's 2nd Annual Festival of Martial Arts will include:

  • a consumer and trade show showcasing the latest in training gear, clothing, accessories and memorabilia
  • a series of two-hour seminars from the industry's most renowned experts, including William Cheung, Eric Lee, Gene LeBell, Gokor Chivichyan, Bart Vale, Stephen Hayes, Jim Wagner, Mike Lee Kanarek, Fumio Demura, H.C. Hwang, John Pellegrini and Dan Severn
  • a series of one-hour "sampler" seminars hosted by a variety of local and up-and-coming martial arts experts and instructors
  • Black Belt's 2nd Hall of Fame Banquet and Reunion, reuniting past Hall of Fame members and welcoming new inductees for 2005.
