Sledgehammer Punches for MMA Training

Fitness expert Kevin Kearns was interviewed for the article “Fighting Fitness 101″ in the October 2010 issue of Black Belt. In this exercise tutorial, Kearns shows you how to execute “sledgehammer punches,” an exercise that’s excellent for shoulder strength!
