Hei Long

At age 10, Hei Long began studying jujutsu and taekwondo in 1962. When Long turned 16, he began training under Huang Long and eventually earned a fifth-degree black belt from him.

The Black Belt contributor has written books on lian shi and created the art of tie gun, a street-level self-defense system built around the baton. His DVD, Combat Boxing, teaches traditional and nontraditional boxing defense and offense, as well as training strategies.
