McKissack has taught ninjutsu for many years and served as a self-defense instructor at Oral Roberts University for six years. Recently, he connected with Keysi Fighting Method founders Justo Dieguez and Andy Norman and now teaches their system. In addition to his martial arts training, McKissack has served as the national representative for the Child Lures Crime Prevention Program, which he presented to 250,000 minors and 40,000 adults in North America. He also works as a public speaker in the crime-prevention field.
