Jeremy Lynch began his martial arts journey at age 7 when he started taking traditional karate lessons. At age 13, he began studying taekwondo at one of Jhoon Rhee's schools. After six years there, Tim Tackett invited him to join his personal jeet kune do workout group, where he trained directly under Tackett, Bob Bremer, Bert Poe, Jim Sewell and Dennis Blue.

Lynch has fought in the kickboxing ring and worked with many of Bruce Lee's students. Lynch has also appeared in Black Belt and the recently released Chinatown Jeet Kune Do. He now holds semiprivate and private lessons in Yucaipa, California.
