Scott Sonnon DVD Series Explores World of Ultimate Conditioning

Coming soon from Black Belt Magazine Video are three new martial arts conditioning DVDs from fitness expert Scott Sonnon that will take viewers through guided workouts for strikers, ground fighters and kickers.
Ultimate Conditioning for Strikers, Ultimate Conditioning for Ground Fighters and Ultimate Conditioning for Kickers include a variety of workouts using your own body weight, kettlebells, plyometrics boxes and Sonnon’s own Clubbell. These exercises are designed to improve strength, endurance and task-specific conditioning so you can perform the techniques involved in the particular volume’s focus (striking, ground fighting or kicking).
Workouts—including intense circuit routines demonstrated at different levels with cool-down intermissions—are coached by Sonnon and executed on-screen by coaches/athletes John Wolf and Jim Romig.
The Ultimate Conditioning series will be available soon.
