Bruce Lee flashed like a meteor through the world of martial arts, and that world has never been the same since. He began his martial arts journey with wing chun, but eventually, Lee matured into a philosopher, technician and innovator of martial arts. He created the pivotal mixed-martial arts style of jeet kune do, also known as the way of the intercepting fist.
Lee also combined his diverse martial arts expertise with the acting skills he’d developed since childhood. During his brief film career, he starred in several motion pictures: The Big Boss, Fists of Fury, Way of the Dragon and Enter the Dragon. By bringing the martial arts into the mainstream, Lee became the most famous practitioner of the 20th century and one of the most influential instructors of all time.
