Blauer is the founder and CEO of Blauer Tactical Confrontation Management Systems, a consulting firm specializing in research and development for the military and law-enforcement communities. Blauer's company has provided custom programs for training units within the U.S. Navy SEALS, U.S. Army Special Forces, U.S. Air Force, Federal Air Marshal Service, the U.S. Coast Guard and the United Nations Safety and Security Service. On the law-enforcement side, Blauer's team has provided training for police agencies and military units around the world, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Venezuela and Australia. The Blauer SPEAR System and High Gear Simulation Equipment are now used by the many of the world's leading law-enforcement and military trainers. His firm also produces instructional videos and offers self-defense courses through its Personal Defense Readiness program.
