Chung Gun Hyung by Eric San José
Chung Gun Hyung for intermediate level. Introduces the cat stance for an easy transition to kicking. I personally enjoy the stance shifting for sweeping maneuvers. Also the double palm heal pressing blocks which could be locking techniques. The fast into slow transition also helps with breathing. The form is named after Korean Patriot Ahn Chung Gun.
The 32 movements represent the age Mr Ahn was martyred in prison.
