Yon Gae 연개 Hyung 형 by Eric San José
Yon Gae Hyung for High Level Black Belts. I personally like that this form is long, so you must remain in good shape to even do the whole pattern. Panther punches with the finger joints to the neck are great for self defense. Also the spinning and striking means that one is blocking and hitting in one motion. Jump turning kicks at the end for even more difficulty so one better still be training regularly to pull these off. Named after famous Korean General Yon Gae So Moon of the Goguryeo Dynasty.
