By submitting your article, photographs, videos, or other creative content (each element, or the collective of elements, the “Submission”) to JungoTV, LLC, d.b.a.Black Belt Magazine (“Black Belt Magazine”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights
You grant Black Belt Magazine, its affiliates, licensees, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, edit, and otherwise use your Submission, in whole or in part or as part of a derivative work, in any media format—print, digital, or otherwise—now known or later developed. Usage of the Submission is at the sole discretion of Black Belt Magazine, and usage is not in any way promised or guaranteed by virtue of your submission. This grant of rights is fully and freely assignable by Black Belt Magazine to any entity that acquires a majority or greater interest in intellectual property assets related to Black Belt magazine. 

2. Ownership and Originality
You confirm that:
You are the sole creator and owner of the Submission, or you have full rights and permission from the rightful owner(s) to submit it.
The Submission is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

3. Irrevocable Consent
You understand and agree that this grant of rights is irrevocable and perpetual. Once submitted, you cannot withdraw or revoke permission for Black Belt Magazine to use your Submission.

4. Waiver of Approval and Liability
You waive any right to inspect, approve, or be notified about how the Submission appears in print, digital, or promotional formats. You also accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in your Submission and release Black Belt Magazine from liability for its use as provided herein.

5. Credit/Attribution
If Black Belt Magazine decides to utilize the Submission, Black Belt Magazine may credit you as follows:
“© [Your Name], [Year]”
(or as otherwise agreed upon in writing between you and Black Belt Magazine
