BRAVE CF 81 New Fight Card

Black Belt Plus

On April 20, BRAVE Combat Federation kicks off its 2024 European Tour in style, with BRAVE CF 81 taking place in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The event, which is held in association with WFC, has been updated with the addition of new and exciting matchups to the fight card.

The main event remains intact for BRAVE CF 81 as Erko Jun will take on Mohammed Said Maalem in a Light Heavyweight showdown that has recently been confirmed to be a number one contender’s bout. The scheduled co-main event between Ismail Naurdiev and Luiz Cado, however, is now off the card. Naurdiev was forced to withdraw from the card due to an injury.

Elsewhere, David Forster has a new opponent. Forster was initially slated to fight Chad Griffiths in Slovenia but will now face Germany’s Christian Mach who earlier fought at BRAVE CF 68. This Super Lightweight battle will now serve as the new co-main event of the evening.

Another Slovenian superstar, Strawweight Monika Kucinic will now be fighting Sofiia Bagishvili instead of Sylwia Juśkiewicz, and Baki Sahin will replace Rick Luchtenberg to lock horns with Haris Aksalic. Both Sofiia and Sahin will be making their promotional debuts at the event.

Sofiia is riding high on a two-fight winning streak, and has the opportunity to showcase her skills on a global stage at BRAVE CF 81, and will be looking to shock the world with a win over the hometown favorite. Sahin is on a similar path, as he comes in on short notice to fight Slovenia’s Aksalic, one of the biggest stars of the fight card.

BRAVE CF 81 will take place at the Hala Tivoli Arena, and is the first of two Slovenia events scheduled for 2024. The most global organization in the world will also travel to the Netherlands, Croatia, Germany, and France this year, with the Dutch event expected to break the world record for European nations.

BRAVE CF has currently been hosted in 13 European countries, and the Netherlands will become the 14th nation to host a BRAVE CF show, something which has never been achieved before by any other organization in MMA.

Here is the updated BRAVE CF 81 card - New Fights Added.
