ONE Friday Fights 52 was filled with finishes. The 13-bout lineup only saw three of its bouts hit the judges' scorecards.
Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Thai sent his "Left Meteorite" right into Julio Lobo's face. The Thai star peppered Lobo repeatedly with his vicious left hand. After two knockdowns, another flurry sent the referee in to save the Brazilian from additional punishment.
Chalawan Ngorbangkapi showed his toughness in his KO win over Kaoklai Chor Hapayak. Kaoklai looked to be on his way to winning after scoring knockdowns over his fellow Thai athlete, but Chalawan was consistently hitting the mark.
In the third round, Chalawan finally stung Kaoklai and then put together a fight-ending combination.
There were almost too many knockouts to recount. The crowd in Lumpinee Boxing Stadium was treated to an exceptional night of martial arts action.
ONE Friday Fights 52 got off to a hot start with three finishes.
The first bout of the night ended in just 62 seconds when 16-year-old phenom Luapong Kaewsamrit got a TKO over Makuto Sato. Soe Lin Oo had the opposite experience as his match almost went to the final bell, but he beat the buzzer with a TKO just 20 seconds before the end of the match.
Maxwell Djantou Nana put the pressure on Adnan Larry in the first MMA match of the night. Larry was unable to answer the call for the third round, resulting in a TKO stoppage.
