Nabil Anane’s impressive winning streak will be put to the test on Friday, December 6, when he meets former ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Champion Petchtanong Petchfergus at ONE Fight Night 26: Lee vs. Rasulov on Prime Video.
Anane debuted on the global stage in 2023 against pound-for-pound great Superlek Kiatmoo9. It was a rough entry into ONE Championship but an invaluable experience against a true World Champion.
Since then, Anane has been incredible, with five consecutive victories and two outstanding knockouts to his credit. Now it’s time for the talented striker to show his stuff against the division’s king.
After more than a year away from competition, Petchtanong returned in June with a scintillating TKO win over Alaverdi Ramazanov at ONE Friday Fights 68. The return performance showed that the 39-year-old has not lost a step and is ready to chase glory one more time.
Anane has risen to be the #5-ranked contender in the Muay Thai division and hopes to bring that momentum into the kickboxing ranks. However, Petchtanong can envision a shot at the gold with another resounding showcase under the bright lights.
The incredible striking contest joins a fun-filled night in Bangkok, Thailand, inside Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, December 6. The night is headlined by the return of ONE Lightweight and Welterweight MMA World Champion Christian Lee, putting the lightweight gold on the line against Alibeg Rasulov.
